Instructions You Follow

  • Boil a pot of water.
  • Once the water is boiling, place your potatoes into the water and let it boil for approx. 15 minutes. Using tongs or spoon, put potatoes into ice water and let it sit for 3 minutes.
  • Then take the potatoes out of the ice water and slide your thumb across the skin’s surface – the skin will just peel right off! Using your fingers, peel off the rest of the potato skin.
