- 1 & 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder

Howto Make Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Before we get started on the recipe, make sure your kitchen is stocked with a large mixing or batter bowl, a whisk, and a griddle or large frying pan.
1
Start by winnow along your flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. In a separate little bowl, beat along your eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter till well combined.
2
Pour your egg mixture into your flour mixture and stir till simply combined. It’s okay if there are a number of chunks within the batter. Over commixture can cause your pancakes to be super flat. Once combined slowly fold in your chocolate chips.
3
Heat a griddle or large frying pan over medium-high heat (about 350-375 degrees). Pour 1/4 cup batter on griddle and cook about 2-3 minutes, or until edges start to bubble, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4
Serve warm with fresh fruit, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or chocolate syrup.
