Since it’s beginning to warm up a little I chosen I better get my last great soup days in. Try not to misunderstand me, regardless I eat soup throughout the entire summer, not exactly as regularly, but rather it is substantially more charming on a chilly blanketed day or an overcast blustery day than it is on a sweltering, radiant summer day.
I think about this soup as a half breed of two southwestern soups that I cherish, this Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup and this Chicken Enchilada Soup. However, this one has something neither of those does – the smoothness. Aren’t velvety soups the best? Particularly when they are covered with a liberal aiding of cheddar.
