Prawn cocktail recipe an easy salad with lime juice, cherry tomatoes, cos lettuce, new potatoes, and ground black pepper.
This quick and easy salad mixes cooked peeled prawns with a zesty dressing. If you don’t like chili, just leave it out.
You can also switch the coriander for parsley if you like. Instead of cherry tomatoes, try dicing ripe large tomatoes instead.

INGREDIENTS FOR PRAWN COCKTAIL RECIPE
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp green chili
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 7 oz peeled cooked prawns
- 1 romaine or cos lettuce
- 17 oz new potatoes, pre-cooked
- 11 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE
1Make the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lime juice, green chili and coriander in a salad bowl. 2Add the prawns and stir well. If you’re not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate the bowl until you’re ready (but for no more than a few hours).RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS
