INGREDIENTS FOR PRAWN COCKTAIL RECIPE
  1. 2 tsp olive oil
  2. 1 tsp lime juice
  3. 2 tsp green chili
  4. 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  5. 7 oz peeled cooked prawns
  6. 1 romaine or cos lettuce
  7. 17 oz new potatoes, pre-cooked
  8. 11 oz cherry tomatoes
  9. 1 pinch ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE
1Make the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lime juice, green chili and coriander in a salad bowl.

2Add the prawns and stir well. If you’re not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate the bowl until you’re ready (but for no more than a few hours).
