Do you desire tone and fit arms? Well, here’s a simple to follow workout to get tone fit arms that you can do at the gym or right at home that takes as little as 15 minutes. All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells (pair of 2lbs,5-10lbs, 12-20lbs depending on your strength and fitness level) and a fitness ball.
Home Workout Circuit To Get Tone and Fit Arms using Weight Training and Basic Boxing Moves:
-You’ll perform a bicep curl for 3 stations from light to heavier weights for 5 reps each.
-Then perform a basic boxing move (upper cuts) with a 1-2 lb. dumbbell for 1 minute.
-Follow with an Ab Circuit, 10 kickouts and 10 bicycle. Repeat both for 1 minute
-Now Reverse Back to Upper Cuts>Heavy Bicep Curls for 5 reps> Medium Bicep Curls For 5 Reps > Light Bicep Curls for 5 Reps.
-Then Reverse Back up in same manner and repeat entire circuit 2-4x dependent on your fitness level.

Note: pyramid light to heavy plus upper cuts and abs and then reverse to light = 1 circuit
Now, it’s tricep time.
-You’ll perform a tricep push back for 3 stations from light to heavier weights for 5 reps each.
-Then perform a basic jab, cross and jump forward and perform a jab, cross with a 1-2 lb. dumbbell for 1 minute.
-Follow with an Ab Circuit,30 seconds fitness ball cross plan and 30 seconds of power push ups. Repeat both for 1 minute
-Now Reverse Back to basic jab, cross for a minute>Heavy tricep push backs for 5 reps> Medium tricep push backs For 5 Reps > Light tricep push backs for 5 Reps.
-Then Reverse Back up in same manner 2-4x dependent on your fitness level.
Note: pyramid light to heavy plus basic jab, cross and abs and then reverse to light = 1 circuit
